Advisory Council Application

The Government of Alberta invites applicants from all backgrounds to apply to join a Regional Advisory Council or Indigenous Advisory Council.


Alberta’s government is creating Regional Advisory Councils and an Indigenous Advisory Council to bring forward local priorities and give input on ways to improve the health care system.


To help ensure that Albertans are well-represented on the Advisory Councils, the Government of Alberta invites applicants from all backgrounds who embody a range of knowledge, skills and expertise to apply. Government is committed to offering qualified Albertans the opportunity to be considered as public members on Alberta’s public agencies.


Council members will be appointed in phases. Members will be assigned to the Council that represents their local region.Learn more about the Council member role and requirements.
